Evacuation Policy

There will be a refund or adjustment made when a mandatory evacuation order has been issued.

Prices Include

…Taxes, Exit Cleaning, Entrance to Resort/Gate, Use of Amenities and Linens. Linens include bedding for each bed and 4 sets of towels for each of the 2 bathrooms. Towels will not be replenished during your stay. Cleaning will be done before and after rental period. Daily maid service is not included.

Payment Options

We offer a payment plan that allows you to divide your payment into 2 equal payments. The final payment must be paid 30 days before the rental period. We accept CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS.

Security Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Total of $200 Reservation deposit is due at the time of your reservation. This includes: A $100.00 refundable Security deposit that will be refunded after an inspection of the condo has been done and the $100 Rental deposit to hold your reservation and will be deducted from your final payment.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on or before 60 days the $200 security deposits will be fully refunded. If you cancel between 59 and 45 days before rental date a $50.00 service fee will be deducted from the $200 security deposits. Cancellations less than 45 days will not be refunded unless the week is re-rented. Cancellation notices MUST be received via email to and the day the email is received will be used as the official date of cancellation. Therefore, we suggest you send the email via receipt of delivery.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is 3:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM unless arrangements have been made through the owner. Door code will be emailed upon final payment. Resort Gate code will be provided by security upon your arrival.

Sleeping Accommodations

Condo 345B is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located on the north side of Building B with limited ocean view. The balcony runs the entire width of the condo and is accessible through the 8ft sliding door from the living room or from the 6ft sliding door in the dining area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a master bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and the second bath is located in the main hallway. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa; therefore, the condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Limited ocean view means that when on the balcony and looking right you can see the horizon of the ocean –you will not see the sand or beach. When on the balcony and looking left you can see the lazy river.

The condo has wireless internet service FREE of charge…just bring your wireless device. Instructions are posted in the condo.

Resort Policies

  • Pet Policy - The resort is a PET FREE resort. Therefore, no pets of any kind will be permitted on resort property.
  • Parties - The resort has “quiet time” at 11:00PM and all pools close at that time.
  • Rental Age - The resort policy is that you must be 23 years of age to rent at the resort.
  • Balcony Rules - The resort has a rule that towels cannot be thrown over the railings at the balconies and must be hung on the lines provided. Nothing can be thrown from balconies and you cannot feed birds from your balcony.
  • Smoking - NO SMOKING
